+Cleaning Chain
•The cleaning chain is composed of chain and scrapers and are arranged at the bottom of the dry slag conveyor for cleaning the fine
ash fallen during running of net belt.
•Chain is made by wearable alloy steel with surface being carburized. It is wearable and has a long lifespan.
•Return chains are supported by carrier wheel which
shall not only reduce the abrasion but also prevent
deviation.
+Driving Unit
•Air cooling dry slag conveyor has two sets of drive mechanism, which are used respectively to drive the net belt and cleaning chains. Motor for driving the net belt is frequency variable timing type. It regulates the conveying speed of the belt by transducer and thus control the equipment output and cooling effect.
+Tension and Guiding Unit
•The tension is hydraulic automatic type. Constant tension can absorb the thermal expansion of the net belt timely to ensure the drive roller has adequate tension available in various working conditions. The drive is reliable without sliding.
•Both the conveying and return section of net belt are equipped with deviation resistant wheels on both sides.
+Case
•The case is fully closed to avoid leakage of slag. The net belt is paved on the upper carrier roller, so hot slag shall not have a direct contact with the trough. Basically, the maximum temperature of case will not exceed 50 ℃, therefore it is not harmful to people
+Bearings
•All rotation bearings of dry slag remover are set outside of
the sealed casing. As the temperature outside of the casing
is nearly the same as ambient temperature, there is no heat
exchange between bearings and the air. During inspection,
as the bearings are all set outside, it is convenient for quick
replacement. Bearing base has oiling hole for lubricant
injection.
+Combing Roller
•The arc and inclined section of dry slag remover are equipped
with combing roller that is capable of combing the hot slag, which
will make an uniform distribution for quick cooling when hot slag is
in a large quantity.
